§ 1 — Overview

At KEDAIKOMPUTER.COM, every return or exchange is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team. Because printers are hardware with consumables, cartridges, and print heads, we assess each request individually rather than applying a blanket rule. This lets us be fair to both you and the next buyer.

§ 2 — When We Accept Returns

We will generally accept a return or exchange when:

› The printer is defective or DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days of purchase.
› The wrong model was delivered or picked up.
› The unit is in its original, unopened and sealed packaging.
› A manufacturing fault is confirmed by our team or the brand's service centre.

§ 3 — When We Cannot Accept Returns

› The printer has been used, installed, or has consumables loaded.
› Ink cartridges, toner, or print heads have been opened (consumables are non-returnable).
› The original box, manuals, cables, or accessories are missing or damaged.
› The request is made beyond 7 days of purchase, except for warranty claims.

§ 4 — How to Request a Return

01Contact our team at +609-622 3300 or hq.itguardian@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
02Provide evidence — photos or a short video of the defect or wrong item helps us review faster.
03Bring it in to our store at 15B, Jalan Bandar Baru Pulau Kambing, 20300 Kuala Terengganu, or arrange pickup with our team.
04We review and respond — our team assesses the case and confirms the outcome (refund, exchange, or repair) within 3 working days.

§ 5 — Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Approved exchanges are fulfilled from current stock. For defective units under manufacturer warranty, we coordinate the repair or replacement with the brand's authorised service centre on your behalf — no need to ship it away yourself.

§ 6 — Our Commitment

We treat every case individually and aim to be reasonable and fast. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just reach out — we'd rather talk it through than leave you guessing.
